Im a brand new jeep owner, and Michelle and others were so kind and helpful. They took care of the tiny rock that got stuck up in my wheel well, and I was on my way home soon after! Thanks guys!

Need to train customer service reps on how to call your customers back and keep them in the loop of what's going on with the vehicle. Took me over 15 calls and complaining to manager to find out what was going on with my vehicle. This is the worst experience we have ever had with Chrysler. I will never buy from Chrysler or Redlands again.

We were very satisfied with service deptarent with our car. They were effiencent, and explained everything that was going to be done to the car. Perfect customer sevice. Nicholas was great and explained everything and kept us updated throughout the day. The complimentary driver Franco also did a great job and was prompt in picking us up and dropping us off at our home.

Nick was very helpful as was the service and those envolved rectifing the issues with the RAM 1500. For 20yrs our vehicles have been entrusted with Redlands Chrysler’s expertise,each time hit the mark of resolved satisfaction!Brandon the service manager,service advisor’s,service tech’s,shuttle driver,parts dept,vehicle washers,are to be totally commended. Always genuine care and customer service from your car service team. Your cashiers, however, could use a little more interest in the customer. I arrived to pick up my car and said hello at the counter once it was my turn and she didn't even look up at me or said hello and only said/asked "what's the last name?" ..some corrections needed to be done on my invoice so I had to wait a few minutes and then the cashier went down the hall to chit-chat. Other than that I always feel taken care of by Redlands Location.

So as for the service from my advisor Nick. He was very friendly and genuine with me. He helped me with updates on my vehicle and was very pleased with his service. Now as for some of the warranty work to be preformed. Only half was taken care of. I know that I've had the vehicle for a few years now but every year I seem to have the same problem. When it rains the 3 piece freedom top leaks. I've had warranty work preformed a hand full of times but this time I was told it wouldn't be covered and would cost somewhere in the 600+ range. Why would I pay for something I feel will leak again? This is where I'm extremely dissatisfied.

Better times for diagnosis and actually fixing of the car. Better Communication Also when they put you for a complementary car wash actually wash it Be a little more concern for the customers the person I asked why didn’t they washed it acted like it didn’t know what I was talking about took his glasses off and said oh yeah it is kinda dirty list goes on

Was very pleased with the service and professional responses to my questions. Michelle was helpful and pleasant. She kept me informed as to the status. I was impressed with the service person that did the programming update. He explained what had to be done and why it took a bit longer. The waiting area was clean and staff pleasant. Restroom wars clean, except for towels not filled Michelle followed up with me also Thank you
