Nick was so great. He's probably the greatest thing ever. If there was a contest for being great. Nick would be the greatest. Great.
Apparently my car was ready on a Friday, but I did not receive a call. I checked in on the following Monday, that is when they told me my car was ready. Then, when I picked up my car it was filthy....they said they would wash, but did not.
My appointment was set for 1300. At approximately 1410 I was told my vehicle would be ready in a few minutes. About 30 minutes went by and I asked the clerk, but I was told she hadn’t received any paper work. I did not receive my keys until almost 1500, almost two hours after my appointment.

The customer service was outstanding. What an amazing human being. Absolutely impressed. It’s hard to do anything while you are pregnant and he made this service an easy and convenient experience. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart in helping me today.

No need to contact me. We made an appointment to have to door handle fixed. We told you that the door handle broke off. We wait for our appointment day and drop off the van all day, just to be told at the end of the day that the part will be in 5-8 days.
Why wasn't the part ordered before? Why did I drop it off if you didn't have the part?
So I lost one day of using my van, now I will lose at least another day. Very inconvient.
