Just went for oil change.
THE FACILITY AND JAE were great. My scheduled appointment wasn't in computer, but Jae made sure I could still b seen. Jae went and got my car so I could work while waiting. BUT, I was NOT able 2 get the recall work done though due to Chrysler "download" issue. So had 2 reschedule again for 2 weeks from now. Hope that I will get done quickly next visit

I showed up early fo my appointment at 8 and the staff had no clue I was scheduled. My vehicle was not ready when they said it was was ready for pick up. In the past the staff said the would give me a “Courtesy car wash” but did not. Just generally bad service.
Or shock when I was told after I left that they could not change the parking light because it entails taking off the bumpers at a cost of $300
Was initially turned away with no appointment for a simple oil change, not cool

We are Unsatisfied with Redlands jeep service dept. not necessarily Michelle. we brought our jeep in for memory buttons on driver door not working and radio freezing up. Our jeep was with your dealership for one week and we paid for an enterprise rental vehicle. When we came to pick up jeep, the memory buttons on jeep driver door worked and we were told you could not find the problem with the radio. In addition we were told oil was low but we checked it ourselves in your dealership driveway and oil was not low. We drove away and less than 5 miles down the road the radio froze up, we turned around and went back to your dealership. Radio was still frozen when we pulled up and Michelle witnessed it and checked with a reader. She was very helpful and We are grateful that she got us a Redlands rental vehicle instead of enterprise and we left our jeep there again. During the next 3 weeks was the problem. I called numerous times to get a status update on the vehicle and I could not get one,, I did not even receive email updates which I had recieved from Michelle the first week. During the past 3 weeks I always got the run around, when I called, then I was told Michelle was no longer there. Redlands indicates my cell phone was called and voicemails were left but I have no missed calls or voicemails on my cell phone.actually this txt came to my husbands cell. My husband finally called Thursday afternoon 2/13/20 for a status and requested a call back, he did not get a call but I received an email the car was ready. Today we picked up our jeep after a month and the folks in service dept were not friendly, not helpful. Again we drove the car about 5 miles and the NEW Radio that I paid $100 for acted up again and does not work, has a delay or freezes up when you touch then screen to change the stations or use toggle on the steering wheel while radio is in XM mode. We called a Jay around 2:00 pm today feb 14, 2020 right away and he was a bit rude but said he would research it. So, I left a message today around 4:15 pm and asked Jay to call us to see what the path forward is to get the radio fixed ibut did not receive a call back on any of the 3 numbers I gave him. Frustrated and extremely disappointed in the customer service.
