Terrible customer service, our car was there for 10 days. We left three messages for Thomas and he never returned our call. Come to find out the car was diagnosed on Monday and today is Thursday and he still never called us. I showed up today and picked it up. I had no problem with the diagnosis or how long the car was there. Our issue is 100% with Thomas and the lack of communication. It’s so disrespectful to not return a customers call within a reasonable time frame. Not returning our calls at all ridiculous!! We will never coke back nor will our family or friends.

A cabin filter was included in the work without authorization. A car wash and Chamois, free was included. It appears the service equaled the cost free, no car wash was done.

I have been to other dealerships in the past and had nothing but problems and price gouging from them not to mention they caused more problems than I had brought my vehicle to them for... I recently moved to Redlands and thankfully was able to trust a dealership again! I could not have had any better of an experience than I did with you guys, your employees did an amazing job and gained my full confidence in your abilities to service my ecodiesel! Thank you!
