I appreciate seeing a manager such as Jae who can fill in and set an example for his employees. The service department was short staffed and very busy. Jae was courteous, professional and accommodating to all the customers I saw him deal with.

While this was no fault of Edward our service representative, we were very unhappy with our experience. We dropped our vehicle off for an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 1130 with an appointment. Initially no one was able to find our appointment in the system. At 147 pm we were told our car was “near completion”. We returned to the dealership at 215 pm and waited until 3 pm. We were then told that the mechanics had been in a staff meeting for at least an hour and it was still ongoing so our car had not yet been completed. It took 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation due to a staff meeting during our service while we waited in the lobby. Additionally the website lists an oil change as costing 49.95, however the true cost was closer $130. The price could have been forgiven if the service wasn’t exceptionally slow. We will not be doing business here in the future after this experience.

Tires were overinflated past max psi ratings on sidewalls. Even after telling service writer that this could be an issue and he wrote it for the tech. Obvious tech did not read or pay attention to service notes. After fixing tire inflation I left and immediately noticed that something did not sound right from the engine bay. I stopped and shut off engine. Upon inspection of engine compartment the issue was instantly evident. The tech did not re secure the air box. To reiterate- the air box was left open! The noise I was hearing that almost sounded like a knock was the air box lid flapping around. Highly unlikely I will ever trust service techs here again when I have to double check their work like this. Not the first time I have had issues with the techs here. To be fair, the service writers have always been great. And have fixed errors in paperwork when they have happened. The staff is friendly but the service from the techs leaves something to be desired and does not inspire confidence or feel premium at all.

Not complete disclose of diagnostic, which only give me back n result what the truck already shows that’s wrong. She said the diagnostic was 160.00 to get what’s wrong with the truck. After she said I need to pay for 3 more hours for diagnostic. Which I was told the diagnostic was 160.00 but then she said they took one hours diagnostic and that’s what the 160 cover. So a diagnostic is 160.00 per hours or 160 per diagnostic. That’s overpriced charge. Very disappointed never taking my truck or recommend anyone to this dealer. I pay 160 just to get a paper with a code and no answer to what’s wrong with the truck.

Even though they were understaffed and completely booked (very busy) they were very polite and even after I declined the offer for a car wash after my scheduled oil change they proceeded to wash our car anyway. Upon pick up I noticed a scuff on our car and notified an employee, he happily took it upon himself to see that it was taken care of. Very pleased with the customer service.

Erika was very nice , but is **** waiting for 3 hours for a simple oil change specially when I make a appointment, I was waiting in your facility because you guys don’t have a shuttle in Saturday , I don’t think I will back again

I was told vehicle would be ready by 3:00,didn't receive a call. I called dealer & technician couldn't give me any information & didn't return my call. My husband left work to go to the dealership to get information
