I had specifically told Servuce and Sales an aftermarket windshield was NOT TO BE INSTALLED, as a new OEM Mopar windshield was negotiated at time of sale. I was never notified, and an aftermarket windshield has been installed on my vehicle

I had an appointment at 11AM. My Jeep did not get into the shop until almost 1PM. It was a simple oil change, tire rotation,etc. I ended up waiting in your facility for over 3 hours.

When I was called I was told vehicle was currently being washed and would be ready for pick up. I paid for oil change that came with a car wash. When I arrived and was given truck it had not been washed and also needs an alignment due to new rack and pinion installed covered by warranty . Called back and was told if I could bring it back following day which for me was unacceptable. Truck had been there since 12/21/19 due to repair parts being back ordered. Was not happy or satisfied with entire customer service experience and chose not return.
