Why do you have appointments if the vehicle doesn’t get evaluated for 4 more hours? I drove over 2 hours to the dealership because my vehicle is under warranty and I am station at Dyess Air Force Base in Abilene where there isn’t a BMW dealership for a 0930 appointment. My car was being diagnosed for some sounds I wanted checked out. I ended up leaving a little after 3PM. I have an appointment for another day for the work to get done and the lady said I could get a loaner that day which will be nice. I just feel like I was equivalent to a “walk-in” when I had an appointment. If this is your process then I would advise you let people that aren’t routine oil changes etc that they just get seen randomly and the appointment isn’t really their set time of evaluation.

She was knowledgeable and efficient as far as doing paperwork for the rental and my car’s repairs . My car was delivered ahead of time, washed and cleaned properly. The pick up was very quick.

Car ran very rough when started to drive off and had to be rechecked. Had to wait 45 minutes. The loaner vehicle had less than 1/4 tank of gas and had to gas up before I could drive to work. I don’t mind paying you for gas but don’t want to have to stop and gas up
Maintenance was completed in a very reasonable time and necessary parts were ordered
I was told it would be an hour and half when I made my appointment after I got the he told me 3 hours? He was not professional and seemed upset when I requested my oil change and would consider the other things he wanted to do to my car at a later date. Then I left and my service light continues to be on asking for the things he was recommending done when it calls for them to be done in 3,000 miles. My car went in for a oil change and my car was driving for 4 miles???? I called the service manager and am very upset
