Outstanding customer service
Respectfully, my experience wasn’t great. First when I set up the appointment the receptionist said she’d run a key scan and call me back “in about 15 min” with what it needed. That did not happen. When I dropped it off the gentleman was sharp enough to notice it was due for annual inspection and asked if I’d like to have that done. That did not happen. Then the first day it was in the shop was when your power went out which is completely understandable, however, when I dropped the car off I was told I would receive a call the next morning letting me know what it needed. Not only did that not happen but I did not receive a call that entire day until I called you in the late afternoon. Any one of these things by themself would have been no big deal but put it all together and it makes for a relatively poor customer experience. Thank you

The whole service staff at this location is always very polite and courteous and Mr. Smith was awesome to work with...he updated me constantly about my vehicle and even dropped it off to me at my home 30 minutes away...that’s great service!
Mandi went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When a part that was supposed to be in stock wasn’t able to be found by the technician and would result in me having to reschedule, she double checked the inventory herself and was able to locate the part and save me the extra trip!
We arrived a little bit before opening time but he took me in and started to handle my concerns. The amount he quoted was what I paid.
I did not notice until I got back home that the headlight cover that they had tried to remove the water spots that they must have used something too abrasive. When I brought my vehicle in the cover was clear with water spots, now it is dulled out with water spots. I was told they could not remove the spots but did not tell me the cover was damaged. You would think as professionals they would have known what could be used on the covers. I also feel that my service rep (Ronnie) should have inspected the work before I picked my vehicle up. So NO I was not satisfied.
Have only had the car back from your service department for less than 24 hours.
Except for driving the car home, haven’t driven the car, but everything appears to be fine.
They were so polite and so understanding with my situation
