Jeana was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. I had inquired about an exterior accessory. She provided me with an estimate the same day. I ask her about the days and time to bring vehicle in for a wash. She took the time to explain to me about the detail service in place and about the new detail package that is new. I enjoyed visiting with Jeana overall.

The service was wonderful. The cleaning of the vehicle was not. Before Sewell took over when they cleaned the car there was NEVER bugs left on the front. I could not even see out of the front because of the bad job job done on cleaning on the windows.
I’m sorry but with a BMW more is expected. That is why my husband moved to another company with his auto.
Cost was excessive for the passenger front window regulator replacement-my 3rd failed window regulator on my 2004 X5. Had the window regulator replaced in October for the drivers front window along with the door latch cable and mechanism for $1250. Not sure why the same operation this time was so much more expensive. The window was filthy and the cover locking button was missing and Jeana was unwilling to replace. She told me the tiny plastic part was $32. In found it online at another BMW dealer for $17.
I am very disappointed and will do my best not to use Sewell BMW service for my 2004 and 2014 X5s. I’ve had much better experience at Nashville’s and Boston’s Herb Chambers BMW service departments.
Tire service great. Car was was great, inside vacuuming was bad. Seats were vacuumed, only driver seat. The rest were not. Was not wiped down, or only partially.
I appreciate the customer service. Very polite and courtesy. So much better than Peake bmw of New Orleans. I was so comfortable I could have brought a car

Vehicle required an additional day in service because an incorrect part was ordered and the correct part had to be brought in, requiring an additional day. No adjustment to charges was offered for the obvious error.
