Chad and his boss were both so easy to work with. I did not feel intimidated at all. They answered all my questions and made the entire experience amazing for me. I love my car. Also, their service department is wonderful. Fast and kind. I will not go anywhere else. They put me at ease and answered my questions professionally. Both Chad and his boss were great to work with. Highly recommend.

I just can’t believe the number of problems we have had with her vehicle since we purchased it. Our problems lingered right through the end of our warranty. And so now all the repairs start to get very costly.

I was surprised I had to call to check on results and status of check late in afternoon since my appointment was for 8:30 AM. In fairness to you I did tell them I'd be back to pick up later in afternoon but the person I reached had to check then called me back on 2 different things. As I was getting ready to make a long trip AND I drive few miles I like the full check on car in case I haven't noticed something. I don't like the "Quick Change" with an older vehicle and I've always trusted Buckeye to keep me aware of any problems. When I first brought this vehicle out there 3 years ago I mentioned a vibration on brakes. Quick change said all looked good. Eventually 2 years later I had to have brake replacement which cost quite a bit but the vibration was caused by warped rotors and by then it was too late to turn them and made it more costly. I felt the regular service department would not have missed that. Just to give you input on my opinion of the "quick change"
