John and Shane and all of the people in the service department always treat me so well and take care of my car so professionally. I am so grateful to have them.
Was told the replacement was made and handed the fob. I opened the rear gate and the light that did not work still did not work. The tech had to come out and crawl under the bumper and look for the issue. It had not been securely plugged in. Although a minor thing, I can't give that a passing grade.
Still having issues with seat warmer. Takes 15-20 minutes to feel any heat...
I am pleased I purchased my 2018 Taurus. I don't. Drive anymore but others drive my car to the places I need to go.

My car is making noises in the rear end. It drove so quiet before the work, everytime I make a turn it makes loud noises.

I was very happy when they brought my car back to me at my house, that meant a lot to me I am caregiver to my Father and it's hard for me to get away, so when they pulled in with my it took a lot of pressure off me. Your service is next to none. Again thank you
It wasn’t that we were not satisfied with the person who finally inspected our car. It was the fact that the car was there for so long that we had to call to find out about it. And then on Friday we were told it would be inspected on a Monday and then we had to get no answer at all for three days. Then we had to call again and check with the manager of Ford before anybody looked at our car. There seems to have been some kind of aMiscommunication. We were told they thought it was done when in fact nobody had looked at it yet. As soon as that was discovered then yes I Cameron did inspect the car and reported the results to state farm right away. It was disappointing that only the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
Overall, the job took longer than I expected. The texting program for updates didn’t work out very well as they were not very timely responses from Buckeye Ford. I was told it would be done same day or early the next day but it wasn’t done until the second day after hours.

No not very happy with my service my car had an appointment for 9 o’clock it was there on time they did not get my car into the shop until 12:30 therefore I wasn’t able to pick it up until 2 o’clock so therefore not a very happy customer and no I don’t think I will be telling other people to come to your business nor will I be bringing my car back to your shop
