You said it would take one hour during scheduling. In the morning when i dropped off the car you told me you were running behind a little. Ok. I came back after 3 hours. You said another hour. I came back one hour later and it was another 90minutes longer that we were sitting on your hot lanai waiting. How can you tell me it is one hour if it takes you 5.5hours?! For a known (recall) repair?! Whole day wasted.

Friendly and honest. In a time of stress it's nice to know there are people in this world still willing to go that extra distance to make you smile. The times I have been there from the front desk to the service department everybody has been so nice and helpful. Thank you. Aloha

As soon as I closed the door to the car at the service center, I realized I had locked my keys inside. In fact they were in plain sight— on the front seat. Fortunately your mechanics had a “Slim Jim” on hand and were quickly able to open it. Stephanie behind the counter is always friendly, and I was pleasingly surprised that the bill was only $120. The icing on the cake is you’ve hired Lyft to get me home and back while your mechanics worked on the car. At $120, less the cost of two Lyft rides, I’m not sure you are making money on the deal. You might save the free Lyft rides for the really big jobs. Just Say’n.

The wait was reasonable this time around. I appreciated the paid "Lyft" ride. I was able to do my personal shopping while my car was being done. There were no waiting time on reception drop off and pick up.

Great service!!! I thought the repair on my car was going to take 3-4 hours, but my car was done in an hour and a half. The staff was courteous and followed all Covid protocols. Great customer service is rare these days, but you have mastered it!
