The safety check folks were by the book. Separately we would have appreciated some help with a cracked tail light lens. We pretty much felt pushed aside. We could have spent our money at any dealership, but we heard good things about yours. Now we are having some regrets. Just thought you should know how we feel.

first I like to say it's very difficult to get anyone on the phone. there seems to be a practice of sending everything to voicemail. That's great! But returns voicemails. I left numerous, several over the course of a few days and received not one return phone call! Annoying! I received a recall notice. I scheduled servicing not only pertaining to the recall but also to do a point inspection since car shipped from mainland. The person whom I've spoken with on the phone did not add this additional inspection to my appointment. This added to an additional wait time for me. Annoying! The overall customer service is lousy! The customer should feel that their issues and their car are important. There is no customer service, it's nothing but a business transaction. That's unfortunate.
