So many things we Love about the team at Big Island Motors Kona: friendly and helpful every time we bring in our Kona. We realized that when we were told we need a cabin filter, we would appreciate seeing the dirty filter. Just a simple courtesy that helps in the building of trust as we are just getting to know our service team. Not a huge deal, we realized as we drove away how much we value that type of exchange—as it is one of the ways shops that get a poor reputation add on services that Can increase sales. We have no reason to doubt your team, we have been SO satisfied with all the interactions over the last year—we just thought that type of verifying can go a long way, as every dollar matters these days.
