Already got appraisal dont call. My one big complaint with service department is the time it takes even with an appointment. Spent 5 hours plus on this visit. Seems excessive for the work done. Not the first time I have sat there for many hours

Once I got there everything was great. However, it took two weeks to actually talk to anyone to make an appointment. I must have called 5 or six times over that two week period to make an appointment, leaving messages each time because no one answers the phone. They did finally call me back to make the appointment.

The wait was about 6 hrs but....John and I went to test drive so he could hear all the noise and rattles. What a nice man.The office girl was very pleasant too. Much mahalo to your service team. Oh..and the guy that was in parts was awesome as well.Mahalo ????

Personal were pleasant and clear about the service. But you do need to fix the automated text message that says you can pay online and check out before picking up your vehicle. This function doesn't work

The service side of this dealership continues to need major management attention .Customer attention and service are weak The entire experience from scheduling through performance is abnormally awkward and lacks customer empathy. By far this location falls to the bottom of my rankings chart. I am surprised that three major automobile producers have not taken steps to force improvement. from the time a customer tries to make an appointment
