Shayna made the appointment possible as I didn’t know I needed to schedule an appointment. She made it work to where I got I what I needed done without any problems! This it the 3rd or 4th time Shayna has helped me and she’s always been awesome! Mahalo!

Stephanie was very nice, friendly and professional. The other staff, (two women at the front desk) were VERY unprofessional and rude. Extremely incompetent. One thing you can count on in the “service“ department is service with an attitude :(

Very disappointed in service, 4 hours for oil change, tire rotation and air filter. Watching other cars come in and out for oil change + and leave. More that likely will NOT be back. You have a quality product with Subaru BUT Service Technicians not so much. This is second time for service, taking 4 hour on a recall visit. Sherry and Shayna are excellent!

Your service department for my Subaru today was excellent. Prompt courteous, easy to drop off and pick up, respectful of social distancing standards. Because of hearing loss I asked staff to speak so I coulld see lips, done safely and I felt happy with getting my car serviced. The staff tried to reach me twice to tell me vehicle was ready, but I was at St. Michaels church with phone turned off. Thank you for excellent customer care!!

I waited 3.5 hours for nothing. Nothing was done to my car. They didn’t rotate my tires nor did they replace them. The tires were bald and their recommendation was that I shouldn’t drive.???????????????
