Scheduled for 10 AM not started until after 12. The no entry in the my warranty book which I left on the passenger seat The service writer was abrupt when I questioned why nothing was being done and it was an hour later than I was scheduled. I’ll have to think about returning or going elsewhere next time.

In this time of social distancing and having to wear masks, I was treated with quick, friendly service, even offered a ride to work (which I turned down; I had to walk only a block away). Although all workers masks, their friendly smiles were still noticeable.
