Though the service people and mechanics were very nice, I waited 4 hours for a simple oil change and service. I had an appointment for 11:30am and checked in at 10:50am and when I asked the approximate time of completion I was told 1:30 or 2pm. I walked around town until 1:30pm to return to see my car had not even been started on. I then waited another 2 hours (3:30pm) until my car was done. No apology, no explanation. Suggestion: hire more mechanics and communicate on the status with your customers
