I was never told there would be a charge to check my battery and I waited almost 2 weeks for an appointment with a dead battery because I thought it was under warranty. Poor customer service and no explanations of possible charges.

Our sales consultant Jeff was very helpful and attentive! He made us feel comfortable, and walked us through every process from start to finish! Finance manager Barry and Sales manager Ryan were very helpful in the final steps of the process explaining the contracts and warranty’s. The entire staff was very friendly and would like to give a big Mahalo for the hospitality, words cannot express how thankful we are with the help of this purchase! Service itself is fine. Sad part is, appointments mean nothing! I make an appointment, get there on time and am always told people are ahead of me and it’ll be hours. What is the purpose of an appointment if you can’t keep do your half of the responsibility?
