My experience was very upsetting and it’s way too much for me to type.

As I discussed at my pickup of my vehicle price Toyota is unreasonable with services that were provided.
Just cause
Initially my brakes on my Toyota needed to be adjusted the cost is approximately $240 which was part of the diagnostics it was not identified that it really was the mass break cylinder therefore those charges should have been washed.
And check I clearly explained this information to the representative but the facts are when you replace the mass brake cylinder all pressure is lost in the system which means the brakes has to be bled and adjusted again therefore I should not have been charged this on my bill
The manager of service came out and would not take any actions regarding adjustments of my bill only wanted to side with his employee.
In August of this year I will be purchasing a new vehicle and it will not be a Toyota Toyota does make good cars but the service at price Toyota is horrendous and this is been an ongoing problem which is why I attempt not to come to this location.
Somebody in upper management needs to look at this situation I have all the records to verify what I am saying is just cause and verified
