Such quick service, the attendant was very nice. When pulling up to the service garage door, I was a little unsure about going over the yellow thing, lol I had to wait for someone to waive me in to know it was ok to drive my car over it.
While our initial contact in our repair was Marissa, it was Jamar Campbell who worked with us to correct the issue with our bed cover. We were kept informed of the repair and he was very understanding with our concerns.
We were told we would get the same tv and outlets that were in the black van we originally purchased and upon getting the white sienna back we see it’s a completely different tv with ports on the side not in the floor console as the black sienna. Also missing an outlet we were told we would receive.
Efficient, professional, courteous
I brought my car in for service on May 10. According to my (and prices) records everything had been checked. When I went to inspection today, my car failed because the passenger low beam light in front was not working. I had not driven the car since the inspection. When I took the car back to price to have the light replaced, I was charged for labor and parts. I can understand the parts charge, but I feel that this problem should’ve been noticed yesterday when the car was serviced. I did speak to the person who took the work order today, and he felt that all charges were warranted. I have been a customer of price for many years, and have worked with both Warren and Mike price. I feel that service has deteriorated since they are both no longer affiliated with the dealership.

I love coming there, been a customer there since 2012 and my parents have always been a returning customer at the facility. I especially love working with Marissa because she always knows why I’m in, doesn’t make a hassle for me and is always super helpful for any other additions I may need but I just love that she never pushes anything on me! She’s the greatest!
