Marissa was wonderful, very professional and she is a credit to Price Toyota. Marissa, Raeshel and JD are simply the best service advisors ever. This was my first time meeting Jamar and he was very good at explaining the technical aspects of the false Alerts reported from the Toyota App.

I was shocked to see that it cost me $120 for them to tell me my radio would no let me install my new phone. What could possibly cost that much to find out that info? Not at all happy about this!

Good service department. Matt is great. I have to wait on my car since I live an hour away. I don’t even mind. Waiting room is very comfortable. TV is a big plus ????. Keep up the good work.
