When I got the car back from getting a new tire. The rim was totally greased up. The did not make an attempted to give it back the way it came in nice and clean. I had to run my truck through the carwash to get the gunk off my rim.

The service included replacement bulbs of my right and left mirror markers. Unfortunately they are still not working. I will call tomorrow to reschedule a time to bring my car back in.

The experience today was excellent. I just hope they reset the Check maintenance light because last time I had to come back three times to get it turned off. I told Jd and he said he’d take care of it and it was off when I picked up the car so that’s a great sign. Even the woman at payment was exceptionally nice. You have a great team there.

My Tacoma was just as I left it. The time for the problem to be corrected was much sooner than I expected. And my Tacoma is running much better than it was.

Overall it was a good experience. Took an hour and half for oil change / tire rotation. Which seemed kinda long and they left trash in my car.
