Well I brought my 2015 Tundra in for an oil change. When I came in to pick it up I was being charged $117.00. I ask what services were performed just for an oil change. I was told that my tires were rotated. I did not ask for the tires to be rotated. I only wanted an oil change. The service manager that was on duty made everything right. So I guess you could say after he fixed the invoice you could say I was satisfied. But I still wanted you to know that mistakes were made and your team stepped up and made it right, and I left a pleased customer.
