The service I received from Raeshel was excellent and I greatly appreciate it. Whee I drove my car out and after driving for may be 5-7 mins I started to look at my gauges and noticed that there is an alert sign. It made me feel that I was let down as to why wasn’t this alert sign addressed before handling me the car? Anyway, I spoke to Raeshel and emailed her a picture of the icon. It turns out it is the check tire pressure sign that manually needed to be reset and she walked me through it over the phone and the alert sign went away. Unfortunately the sign came back on the next day. When I called back that is when I really felt hurt or was left with a very bad taste. This time I had to speak to one of the service managers as Raeshel was out of the office. (Please note Raeshel’s people skills and communication skills is excellent and she really ensures that we as a customer have a great experience here at Price.) So this time I had to speak to someone I was referred to a service manager by the name Dacia Letts. Her communication skills are terrible, it reminded me of the old style used car Sales managers who are so defensive and just don’t have the soft skills of how to handle a difficult conversation with tact or diplomacy. If this how she speaks to me who has been a loyal customer for your for more than 10 years, who trusts the people of Price Toyota so much that I brought in my Honda for servicing, God help all those poor employees that have to work under her. Is she a new hire or something? Why does her mannerisms or communication style not match with how other employees behave and communicate at Price? How can a manager have worse communication skills than the employees and still be a manager? Something for you to ponder, investigate and improve on. The issue is resolved (my myself) however, I am left with a bad taste and thinking this is exactly the kind of people I did not want to deal with at the Honda dealership yet this Dacia person feels like she came from that type of management. May be she was just having a bad day or may she does not receive any coaching from her higher ups, or may be there are no self assessment mechanism to help her and her boss to identify her areas of opportunity- I am not sure why. I am hopeful that with proper coaching, she can definitely improve her communication skills. Thank you for asking.

The team did great. I wound up putting more gas in the borrowed car than I used. Given that I never should have been there getting my 2021 Tundra with 7500 miles put back together, I don’t think I should have been give the speech about “ make sure you put gas in it”. I would have liked to see Toyota go out of there way to take care of me. Like wash my truck, or fuel it up, just something to say “ we know we let you down, but now we want to build the trust back up. If these problem are really this rare than take care of those who experience them.

The young man was very nice and did not have my car very long, so he stayed on top of things. The receptionist was trying to help me with my wireless phone which I think is above and beyond. Would not buy or lease from any one but Price!!

Dylan was great! I was not impressed with the condition my brand new 4Runner was returned to me though. There was white residue all over the door and in various spots that the technicians touched while it was there. Do you not put the covers on anymore? To have a truck come back like that when I just purchased it on Friday is uncalled for. I am not sure what the protocol is after a vehicle is serviced or dropped off, but I was appalled. It should be cleaned off and wiped down of any dirt and grime that was left from being in your shop. I am not satisfied at all with the service.
