I was given a loaner car. Upon return I was yelled at by the girl checking me back in because a light was blinking in the car and I didn’t return it on time. I was contacted late last night and was told it was ok to return today by Sean my service team manager). Then I proceeded to wait 15 minutes for someone to bring my car over (which I could see sitting behind the Collision center). It was 100 yards away but since I didn’t have my key, I couldn’t get it myself. After waiting 10 minutes, I observed 2 guys walk in a side door and about 5 minutes later, bring the rental around and get into my car. I’m sorry but take your “smoke break” on your own time. By the way, I am a 23 year customer of Price Dodge and Toyota and have never felt so disrespected by the staff. Next time just give me the keys and I’ll get it myself.
