I would like to share with you that I am deaf. The question is: How do I read your lips if you wear mask which I do not understand? Do you think it would be better if you get an ASL interpreter for the deaf community like me to communicate with? How do I know when vehicle finish? Page me???

I don’t feel attention to detail was delivered today. A similar issue at NewarkToyota , who has not returned any of my 3 calls, with my wife’s car brought us here today. Now what to do? JD was courteous and kept me up to date. Everything was clearly explained. Brought in for a mileage service and have the running lights checked. Assured the running light sockets are fine, new, better bulbs installed. Truck delivered to me with left running light out.
We have been a customer since 2009, purchasing three vehicles from the dealership and regularly have our vehicles serviced in your shop. However the last few years it is apparent that attention to detail is declining and/or lacking. The most recent happened with this last visit. I brought my vehicle in for new TOYO A20 tires that was ordered on Saturday 2/6 and reassured the tires would be in Tuesday, before I left the dealership today I noticed that the wrong tires were installed and the TOYO A20 tires never arrived and have to be ordered. I now have been inconvenienced having to return for this mishap to be rectified.
I had called 3 weeks prior to make an appt. for the check up and to replace the driver side mirror. No info on ordering the mirror. I have to make a second trip. Then they are not covering it under the bumper to bumper warranty. Also I asked for help with the remote start. No one helped.
