Jd was great and this is in no way a reflection on him but I was kind of annoyed that after having my spark plugs replaced determined there was a problem. I drove back to the dealer and JD troubleshot the issue that was causing the car to jerk/shake when accelerating at slower speeds. One of the new spark plugs was cracked and either defective from the start or someone dropped it prior to install. I wish the technician paid more attention to detail and caught the problem before handing the car back over to me. Surprisingly they didn’t notice the shaking while test driving. JD got the issue fixed and got me back out the door
