Excellent customer service experience. Matt was courteous and did a fantastic job. Also got me out of there faster than expected.
The check in process was fine. I was told my vehicle would be done the same evening or early the next day. By lunchtime the next day I had not heard anything. I called multiple times until someone picked up after 3PM and was told there was a power outagage and an advisor would call me back. I had to call a few more times to find out that my car was complete. I was told a complementary Uber would pick me up. But as time was slipping by I wound up having to book a Lyft on my own just to get there before everything closes to get my vehicle. There was no advisor to explain the completed service and if they spotted any issues or a service reminder sticker on the windshield. Then the following day is when I get the notification that my car is ready. Definitely didn’t feel this was a 10 out of 10 experience. I could’ve easily been out of my vehicle for work on Monday considering you are closed on Sunday.

My Headlight was messed up when I bought the car and was told it will get fixed and just wait for the appointment . No one called for the ongest time and then I called back few months later and I was told by the manager that they will cover it but wait for them to schedule me an appointmen. NO call again. called back again and got appointment scheduled and this time when I showed up to the appointment I was told they are not going to cover it because it’s too late now. Could have told me that over the phone. That light is covered under the extended warranty but because of your store poor customer service I wasted 4 hours of my life. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Dacia was very nice, she explained the cost of what I needed to have done. She was able to answer questions about work I might want to have done in the future. Very pleasant person.
Marissa is the best. She is always professional and courteous. I had a bad experience with the Assistant Manager and was thinking about going to a different dealership to avoid working with that individual. Marissa offered to assist me going forward and I decided to stay. Everyone should model their interactions with customers as she does.
