Slow but not her fault. Apparently anyone who came for service at 4 was affected due to staff leaving at 430. She was great but I know now never to schedule service later in the day.

Picked up our new Avalon, Touring model, this past Monday. Had a very nice and informative sales person named Oscar Rivera , then we met with Delon Ellison in the finance department. He explained more about our financing and then the extended warranties that are available. All in all, we had a pleasant experience.

I found the price for the parts outrageously overpriced. It was quoted $999.99 originally. Matt offered a little discount. Appreciate that. Still for a side mirror Nine Hundred dollars is too high.
