I want to thank service advisor Jaime Rodriguez for following up with me regarding a not so good experience a couple of weeks ago. He was very professional and apologized for my previous experience and scheduled an appointment to fix the car issue.
This was a first for me at Carson Toyota. Usually I leave unhappy with the customer service provided by your service providers. Bryan truly demonstrated his care for people and customer service. His many years of experience truly showed while dealing with him today. Bryan will be my go-to from now on. You need to have Bryan train the rest of your team.

I arrived at 8:30 AM just in time for my appointment. I sat in appointment line for 30 minutes as I watch the entire staff process about 12 to 15 cars. By that point after being vocal about my frustration, one of the team members decided to ask me who my service advisor was for the second time. After sitting in my car without being helped for 30 minutes, one of the team members tells me that Adriana was busy. No **** she was busy. If that was the case they should’ve had another service advisor assist me instead of me just sitting in the car not knowing what’s going on. Needless to say I was super upset and frustrated about having to set up an appointment and not being able to just drop off my car to receive service. I wouldn’t blame this on Adriana, but rather the management team for having such poor accommodation.

Service is prompt. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. J-Rod very professional and courteous. The place is very clean and lots of beverage to offer. Associate and cashier likewise are warm and welcoming and helpful. Amazing job!!!

I’ll be there to fix my car , but happens are get the damage on passenger side front , I’ll find it a scratch and get a little bumping on the scratch side . And other wise on of them comments are to long wait to fix it. I’ll be there at 7:15 am yo check in and car finish at 3:15 pm . And the advice they cannot show yo me , he just give a text on my phone and they said , your car are done , you have to pay on line . Imagine I’ll be there yo wait . How can did not came to me at tell them , your car are already to pick up . And that siaution , I will not recommended to my friends and family to bring the car in Toyota service in Carson
