I had a 12pm Appointment for a checked engine light and I did not receive a call to inform me what the issue with my car was until 4:30pm. I had started calling the advisor Jaime Rodriguez at 3pm since it was past the 2pm time listen on the print out. I called several times, left a voicemail, I was even directed to another service advisor who just took my name and number down. Hence, My appointment today was due to a check engine light that appeared 2 days after getting my car serviced here for a checked engine light. In which an air mass flow sensor was replaced. I was highly disappointed at the lack of effort from the advisor to inform me or keep me updated as to what was going on with my car. Being that it was a 4:30pm call informing me of the issue, which I’m not even sure they would have been able to fix on that day, I opted out of having the issue fixed at your dealer and return to my original place of service in Cerritos. An inconvenience I could have avoided by just taking it there in the first place.
