Jack and your mechanics are really good st their jobs. Unfortunately I was told that because my VW Beetle is a diesel car, it will probably keep having emission problems unless I drive it about 50 miles a day on the highway. I have s job 9 miles from home so I don’t know what to do. I bought the car about 8 months ago and it’s been at Beans for almost 4 of those months waiting for a part. Wr’ see what happens I guess.

Yes you gave me a loaner, yes you got the hood latch fixed, yes it was the price quoted. No points inspection at all, as you would have filled up the windshield wiper fluid that was empty and the reason I had to open the hood. Tires not checked, one way down, no comment on the exhaust that is darker than usual only that it was not time for an oil change. Took3 days to do, for one latch. yes they are kind and attentive but I have no idea if anything has been checked as they said they have done as nothing else touched. Quote given for hatch struts, I declined to do, horn not working, did they actually look at the mechanism as it's not working today either? I am sorry to give this bad report but I think you have to step up the communication between all parties. Extra emails saying nothing important are just irritating because I have just called and got the answer. Thank you for the loaner, a large atlas as I have to transport a wheelchair and disabled husband.

The sales department and the finance department need much better communication. The vehicle was cleaned throughly and would have been perfect if they didn’t leave so much wax on the body. I waited 2-1/2 hours for the mechanic to remove and reinstall the bed cover that I installed in just over thirty minutes right out of the box. Then I had to readjust it when I got home to stop it from leaking. I was very happy with my salesman, Abdullah and very disappointed with the gentleman I dealt with in the finance department. I don’t remember his name. However, he quoted me a price for an extended warranty and when I checked the paperwork later there was an additional $95.00 charge over what he quoted me. I didn’t bring it up when I went to pick up the vehicle as I feel that I was at fault as well for not checking the paperwork better. However, I feel it should be brought to your attention so it doesn’t happen to someone else.

The service and all involved was fine. I was surprised at the cost when I picked up the car, as it was not the same as what was shared on the phone call I received. I trust that it was the correct price but I probably should have been told the total cost of the bill rather than for a portion of what needed to be done, which is I think what happened.
