Jack was friendly and pleasant to deal with, but his attention to detail on my car was lacking. He did eventually resolve an issue, but it took him three tries to get it right.
Jack’s customer service is very good, but his attention to detail is lacking. I sent the car back twice because he told me a tire had been replaced when it clearly hadn’t been. He was always friendly and diligent about fixing it, but it was something that should’ve been right the first time.

Sara should absolutely be given a raise! She was so wonderful to work with and made what could have been a stressful situation a pretty pleasant one! My Jetta is running just fine and the Atlas I drove around in the meantime was amazing! Great experience!

All representatives were great. They fixed the immediate issue with my two tires. However, my car still has some significant road noise and rubbing noises from when I make right turns. I do not feel like that was investigated or addressed
She is knowledgeable, committed and focused on customer satisfaction. She will be a great service manager one day

Took entirely too long to set up an appointment for a basic service and tire replacement also when my wife got there they had no idea she needed a tire we’re confused on whether or not they already ordered it even though they set the appointment because of the tire just because you send me 15 different tax does it mean you’re giving good customer service you should be able to accommodate appointments faster and better and have a better understanding of what’s being done when the person gets there
Sara was outstanding and went above and beyond. Everything was done exactly when she said it would be.
Jack was excellent, polite and knowledgeable.
