I scheduled an appointment for 100,000 mile service. Dropped car off Friday night and the receptionist recorded my phone number wrong. No one could contact me and because of closing at 3 on a Saturday and no hours Sunday, I was without a car for 3 days. My employment requires use of my vehicle and I lost 3 days of work.
All because she didn't record the number and confirm my information.
Jack was a great help! He was patient and understanding. He answered all our questions and if he couldn't he found someone who could. Wonderful experience with Jack!
