The service on the vehicle was fine. It was a recall so no payment was necessary. Would’ve liked to have a no contact option (had to go into the building for both drop off and pick up).

Recall service on transmission if 2019 Jetta was not completed correctly on first visit. I have transmission fluid stains on my newly seal coated driveway due to leaking fluid. My daughter also drive to LBI and stained my paved driveway there too. Informed service writer of damage issue and never received call back or resolution for cost and time due to mistake on initial recall service.

The windshield replacement at 400 miles was not a Volkswagen windshield which is unacceptable. Even worse, there is a small scratch on the inside of the drivers side replacement windshield which is totally unacceptable since the windshield replacement was for scratches. This is a brand new car and should not have any scratches on the windshield.
As usual everyone was polite, adhered to CDC guidelines and completed the work requested.
