Pick up and delivery service was amazing, driver was professional and definitely left me feeling trusting of him with my vehicle. My Passat was returned in a timely manner for me to enjoy the rest of my day off with a freshly serviced vehicle.
Headliner was replaced in my car and it was not completely done. I had to point out the issues that the edges were not tuck d in by the top of each door. It was fixed on the spot so I appreciate that. But that I hassle to point it out is a lack of quality control.

The work performed on my 2019 Golf R was very good. I came in for a bent rim and they suggested I also buy a new tire because the old one went bad from hitting a pothole. They had the tire in stock, fixed my rim and did a four wheel alignment a little over an hour. I wished they washed my wheels after the work had been done.
I brought my car in to have an airbag recall and they tried to sell me a bunch of stuff. Including a state inspection which I did. Picked the car up and it died on the way home. They are saying if I can get it there they will see what’s going on. WTF!? there was nothing wrong when I brought it now it dead!?

Ask your sales manager,service manager. Bought used Honda Pilot. Charged me $100 for brakes when the vehicle would not pass safety inspection. Want my $100 back. Also ran out of gas on waty home and next morning had flat tire. Inspection sticker was placed on vehicle but brakes failed, emission charcoal canister failed.

If your going to charge $85 to rotate the tires maybe you could clean them rather than leave the dirty finger prints and hand prints on them. Just a suggestion. Other than that all good.
I was expecting to just have my first oil change that was free, and then have my tires rotated. To my surprise, Mark showed me a paper with red ink that he said showed my car was out of alignment and my tires were being damaged! Then, I was told my engine filter needed to be replaced!! My car is 6 months old!! This is my 6th Beetle and these things have not happened before. I have no idea what really needed to be done, but it just felt a little shady as I was one of 2 people there and I cannot make up for all of the lost business from the Coronavirus. So, 300.00 later, I was on my way.
