I contacted Marc yesterday afternoon and asked for an appointment to fix a problem that was reflected by a warning light. He was able to fit me in with an appointment today. The problem was handled and fixed promptly. I appreciate the customer service that I always receive from Marc.

Mark failed to offer a warrantee repair option on the manifold problem...asking for $2500 in repair costs. We were happy refurbish the other items on the car with your dealership...it would be mannerly to park the car near the service pickup area so my 72 year old wife didn’t have to hike around the building in 90 degree weather...I think we will stick with Toyota...have a great day!

I am satisfied with the work done to my vehicle. I am NOT satisfied with my experience today. I arrived at 9:36am for my 10:00am appointment and didn’t not leave until almost 12:00pm for an oil change and tire rotation. Way too long for this to be done. I actually chose not to do my inspection at this time because it would have been another hour. Also, one employee did not have a mark on the entire time I was there. I did not see a single person disinfect any surfaces in the dealership either. About 10 males used the rest room while I was there and nothing was wiped down. I will probably never wait again for my service work because it took too long and nobody explained my work or any future items with me when the vehicle was done. I was called to the pay window, paid and left. This rating is for the dealership, not the service technician. He did his work and was wearing a mask. Customer time needs to be considered and valued. This work should not take this long when you have the means to handle it at your dealer.
Fast service - in at 10AM, done by 2:30PM!

You had my car for 1 week and did not complete the three items necessary. However, i was provided a loaner car and discounted the rate for the last item that needed to be completed and it was finished the next day. So, accommodations were made for me which I really appreciated.
