I am in hospital and Marc was so helpful to make arrangements to have my car picked up from home and do oil change and inspections, plus Other needs. Marc’s customer Carr was outstanding!

Very polite and knowledgeable. Overall an excellent experience.

Marc had a “blah”demeanor my entire visit. He wasn’t informative and at times he seemed irritated. I didn’t appreciate Marc telling me that there wasn’t a courtesy vehicle available for me to grab lunch after me sitting for two hours but had a vehicle available when I had to leave my car. I enjoy patronizing the VW dealerships because it’s always a pleasant experience but after this visit I’m reconsidering even returning. After spending almost 1,500 bucks at this establishment Marc made a big deal when I asked could my vehicle be cleaned and vacuumed when I got there to pick it up. On the plus side the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was AWSOME!!!! He was informative and made me feel at ease about him working on my vehicle. Very knowledgeable guy. When I’m spending that type of money I should be treated like a valued customer. I would like to speak with someone about this experience. RESPECTFULLY, Mkael Holloman

I was impressed by how professional the staff was. The dealership was very clean. When I got into my car I could smell the cleaning product used on my car to clean it which I was very happy about. I will definitely come back to have my car serviced. Well done Fred ****!
