My first visit and it was great. I was in and out in no time at all. Everyone was ver y polite and friendly.
I have the email that says my car would be washed and vacuumed. That did not happen. No problems with staff. They were wonderful!

Stop sending me feel-good emails. I do not want to be your buddy, and this crap is very off-putting. I had an intermittent service light issue, and it still isn't fully answered. However, the reason I put 'No' in as an answer was to get to this comment box. I have no actual issues with the work that was done on my car.
Your marketing feel-good communications are annoying.
As far as following up with me, don't. That's what I do not want. I'll continue to use you for service; my complaint is minor. But I want you to leave me alone in between service sessions.

Jon was very cordial and was quick to access my records. He answered my questions concerning my appointment and alerted me when the service was completed.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. I am very appreciative for everything everyone had done.
The last time I came in it was without an appointment and was basically criticized for doing so. So today I made an appointment and upon my arrival was told I had nearly a two hour wait. Needless to say that is completely unacceptable. If I wait 2 hours for an oil change again it will be my last time with Fred Beans.
