I booked an 8:30 appointment for an oil consumption test and multi point inspection Advising the person I would wait. Neither of these take very long. Around 10:00 John discussed and I agreed to additional services. He ma ruined the car was in the rack. According to the internet , the services I had done would take about 30 minutes. I was checking out at 11:15. Your waiting area is comfortable and I made good use of the time, but I’m unhappy that the work took so long. Why make an appointment and stay? I should have just left the car all day. The person scheduling the appointment should suggest to leave the car, rather than asking if I will stay. John the service advisor is pleasant.
It was a pleasure to work with christine at fred beans. Same with Michelle. Great example of customer service. I just learned about the detailing service and took advantage. What a beautiful job ! I'll will definitely use that service again
Christine is SUCH good people. I always enjoy my interactions with her. And I might add I overheard her on a phone call with a seemingly upset customer, and she was the epitome of professionalism, calm, poise, and tactful customer handling. I had to smile overhearing all that... whatever you do... do NOT lose Christine!!!! She’s a true gem.

The service and staff were great! My only complaint is I brought my car in for a recall, which they told me would take an hour. I asked if I could also get an oil change, which the staff was happy to say of course, they can do it simultaneously. I never mind when the service time goes slightly over, but I dropped my car off at 9 AM this morning and it wasn’t finished until 4 PM this afternoon. Luckily, I live close and was able to plan around it, but I was not planning on not having a car for the entire day. I wish they would have let me know that it would take that long or that they were backed up. I would have been very understanding, especially if I was given a loaner for the day. Instead, my wife wound up having to cancel plans that we didn’t think would be an issue. Better communication would be appreciated. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you again!
