The process was easy and I truly appreciate the valet service. Just disappointed I didn't get my car washed. I thought that was part of your service. Other wise I am happy.

As an essential worker who repairs medical equipment in and out of NJ hospitals I needed something bigger and Purchased this car less than three months ago and problem after problem with check engine lights, car bogs down. Splash shield not put on correctly, it was laying on the ground and I had to zip tie it up off the ground. The tech forgets to attach two bolts, rediculous. I bring it to Mazda and they give me a list of work it needs totalling over $10,000. FB Service Gives me sorry excuses of they dont have the equipment necessary to diagnose, meanwhile when I bought it the website says they service all makes and models. Don’t advertise you do that and then can’t deliver. Tried over and over to contact my salesman Shawn Feeney but no replies whatsoever. Had to bring it to a recommended mechanic and they mentioned some sloppy work was done on it. While removing an ignition coil it breaks in pieces as coming out. What a joke. And you mean to tell me that this huge dealer with dealerships all over the place doesn’t have a Fred Beans Mazda that they could’ve worked with? Such a shame as I thought I’d be taken care of after the sale.
I feel that I am known by all of the staff. I am treated with respect and a dash of humor. My service needs are thoroughly explained and options given. I feel that John and Christine are particularly knowledgeable. Michelle at check out is efficient, friendly, and keeps track of my bonus points/promotion opportunities.

She always keeps you updated with the progress of your vehicle and suggests maintenance that would be best for the current time frame. Christine is never pushy, but just gives you all the options and when asked will suggest what she thinks is best. I always go with her ideas and have never been steered wrong or regretted the decision. She will also let you know what special offers are available and always applies all that she can for you. I feel so well taken care of and that my comfort level and concerns are a priority. It's such a secure feeling. I love and appreciate the atmosphere. Thank You
