Terrible customer experience.
The trim on my car that was coming off was “put” back into place and came right back out 5 minutes into driving my vehicle. Newtown is too far of a drive for me anyway, so I will locate a closer Ford dealership in the future to fix this problem. I was led to believe that something had been done to make it stay in place, but it turns out the service technician just did what I had been doing every time it came out of place...try to click it back. I knew I had an issue when I brought the car in and expected quality service. I feel as if I received poor service from the technician who worked on my car. Quite frankly seemed like a lazy attempt to avoid more work. The customer service from the representative I directly spoke with was satisfactory. I have no complaint there.
Every time I go to Ford for repair or service Charles always make sure I'm in and out with no problems
