Thank you Fred Beans and Newtown! You did a great job on our fusion! I was very impressed on how you came and picked up and delivered our vehicle. Charles and Jimmy Stayed in contact with me through the entire process. Josie called me to remind me that my fusion was due for an oil change and arranged for the pick up. Great job!

Given the recent circumstances with limited travel it was beyond accommodating for Charles to drive to my home and get my vehicle, and then return it afterwards. I am very appreciative of that.

Chris was very accomodating, but service took almost 2 and half hours for simple oil change, tire rotation. Also have not been informed about the disposition of Reward points on my FordPass account. Points were erased when I was asked to re-download the FordPass app.

I made a 930am appt. I arrived just before 9:30am. I met chris gave him.my keys and waited. At 12:45pm I had to approach chris and ask about my vehicle. I was told by chris he would check to see and came back and informed me it would take 20 more minutes. I watched my vehicle leave the parking spot I parked it I. When I arrived at about 12:30pm. So if it took 20 minutes to complete and fix my recall why did it take your service department 4 hours to fix something that took 20minutes. For two hours I was the only customer in the service waiting area. When I asked all I got was apologies. I was not looking for apologies I was looking for someone to have the courage to tell me why it took so long. I will.never bring my vehicle back your service department.
