As I had no problem with Chris. The problem was that the coupon that I showed the person that signed me was not put it into the record. Hence until I question the cashier about the cost than it was redone. Also I'm tired when I come in for a service that I asked for I'm have to explain about other services that your trying to push on me. It has to be explained that items that are done are still on your computer.This for some reason when I bring the car in at 7:30 I don't leave until after 10. I do know that your service department does not start work until 8 AM.

I bought the car in Doylestown, Mccafferty is closer and easier to get to, but it feels cold and kinda like they really don't want to be there. But not once have i had that feeling in Newtown. I am always greated like family. Mike kept me informed all day which was appreciated. They were closing early the day of my service and mike offered to stay to make sure i was able to retrieve my car so it didn't have to sit until monday. I mad it in time so he didn't have to, but that extra mile was appreciated
