Charles did a first rate job of managing my service issue I came in for brakes, but rather than just change them and charge me..... he showed me that they were safe but not needing changed out yet. As a returning , former patron, that goes a long way in my comfort level of the integrity of your service department . Well done John K

I had odd problems with the Edge trans. At first blush it seemed like it was just "breaking in". After the service dept. dug a little deeper, there was a tech bulletin on my problem. It wasn't my imagination. They reprogramed the trans and I believe they fixed the problem. Fingers crossed.
