Truck has some issues coming up next day. Service try’s fix it but problems come back again. Second month they waiting parts to fix it. Front collision camera goin crazy sending massage every 5-10 min very annoying. Back up camera working just couple days in week.
This is my 4th F250, I’m very happy with all my previous trucks, but this one so far not what I expected.
I am from out of town, just working in the area. Mike squeezed me in to get my door fixed. I appreciate his help greatly.
Charles did and is doing a good job. The mechanic broke the air intake on my vehicle and did not tell anyone. I found that and the fact that several brackets were left unattached and hanging. If I had driven off and driven in rain there is a high chance water would have gotten into my engine. I have lost almost all trust in the dealership due to this incident.
Mike Orliw did an excellent job. I have not always had the best customer service with fred beans, Mike changed that today. While I waited for my car to be finished today I was very impressed with how Mike interacted with his customers. Very professional and treated his customers with respect. He even knew their names without looking it up in the computer. Mike will be the reason I continue to get my car serviced at fred beans.
Drop off process was confusing. Waited for a service advisor just to walk over and show me where to fill out an envelope... a sign could help people find their own way.....

Charles always keeps me apprised of what is happening with my car and what options I have in terms of fixes. He never forces one option over the other. He explains the Pros and cons of each and I then decide.
