I’ve consistently had issues trying to get a ride to my office which is five minutes away when I drop off my car. This despite being promised this when I make the appointment. I’m going to go with another service as they have taken care of many friends of mine. They provide transportation to and from their facility promptly.

Matt, your service manager provided we with outstanding service today. I have had three bad experiences with your service department the past year.. I now notice a few new employees and a new service manager, and this I am sure will provide the service customers expect. We have done business with the Hyundai dealership the past 16 years and never had the issues we dealt with Nissan the past two years..Today was very positive!! Thank you, Matt..

The complementary shuttle service that was offered needs to improve. I waited for approximate 40 minutes and eventually my car was ready about the same time the shuttle arrived. Did not get the opportunity to use.
