Dan always does an excellent job in getting the work that I need done on my car completed in a timely fashion. He takes the time to explain anything that needs to be taken care of and, with my agreement, has the work completed quickly so I can be on my way. I Love Fred Beans Nisson in Doylestown. Robin is Amazing as well!!!!. I've been going there for a very long time. Geeat customer service. I feel like family.
Part was delayed and then all phones down for a day. Turned into a 4 day repair..without any suggested help or slight discount for inconvenience Requested status of a possible oil change while in the shop and never updated till I picked up and someone finally checked window notice. Missed service opportunity.
