Little to no communication regarding the issue with my car and what the repairs were and when they would be completed. A text stating’ good news, your car is done’ is insufficient.

I schedule appointment for car inspection and key made over 3 weeks from the time I came I got to the dealership and the service man told me he couldn’t give me a key because he didn’t have it in stock. I am and I was very upset I said to the man I don’t understand if y’all knew I was coming for a key how come y’all didn’t order the key so when I came y’all could made my key. He said he didn’t know very upset
Very nice staff, but the problem with my Bluetooth has still not been resolved.
I had an issue with my vehicle radio which was not resolved. After being told by one of the service team that I would be notified that same day about this issue, I am still waiting. The following day I followed up with the service manager about this issue and am still waiting for that reply.
